We use natural and local ingredients wherever possible, and our chocolates are totally
hand made and hand finished.
Our chocolate is sourced from Spain and is produced in a nut free environment, which
we continue to observe in our own kitchen.
With regard to allergens, our chocolates are free of everything except goats milk
and soya lecithin (which is in the chocolate we get from Spain)
Although you should not just go on percentage alone, our truffles are 54% and the
fondants and caramels are made with a 70%.
